We are thrilled to announce that the Austin Ball’rz have again secured a bid to participate in the NAGAAA Gay Softball World Series (GSWS) in 2023. This event will occur in Minneapolis from August 28th to September 2nd. Our Fourth Consecutive Appearance!

With over 350 teams competing across multiple divisions, the 2023 GSWS in Minneapolis promises an exhilarating and highly competitive experience. For our team to attend, we estimate that each player must cover expenses of approximately $1,500, including travel, lodging, meals, and other necessities for the entire week. We believe in offering equal opportunities for all Ball’rz to participate and thrive, regardless of income.
As a team of 14 players, our total expenses will exceed $20,000. While each player is committed to contributing a significant personal amount, we seek sponsorships from local businesses and organizations to help us raise $5,000.

You can make a meaningful impact by sponsoring our team at one of the following levels:
- Slugger Level – $250
- Team Captain Level – $500
- MVP Level – $1,000
- Champion Level – $2,500
All sponsors will receive recognition on our team’s dugout banner at the World Series, as well as on our team’s website and social media platforms. Your support will not only enable us to compete but also help us promote diversity and inclusivity within the LGBTQ+ sporting community.
